What to Expect:

With the essential components prepared in advance and the space ready to welcome you, enjoy a complimentary drink on arrival and relax with friends while you enjoy a hands-on experience under the expert guidance of Chef Nick.

Classes are designed to be as much about the social gathering as the information received throughout. Food should be fun!

Listed class options are samples and are customizable by request.

Dietary requirements are catered for as long as we are notified in advance.

$55 per person includes all necessary ingredients, drink on arrival, plates, glassware and cutlery.

Class size is 6-20 people and duration is roughly 2 hours.

Pasta

One filled pasta (Spinach, sundried tomato and ricotta ravioli, tortellini, etc) and one rolled pasta (Traditional bolognese fettuccine, spaghetti, etc) from scratch.

Making, cooking and eating with their matched sauces.

Dumplings

Gyoza dumplings from scratch; Pork and prawn and mushroom & tofu.

Making, cooking and eating with various garnishes/sauces.

Rice paper rolls

Marinated chicken breast, BBQ king prawn, Roasted tofu with traditional garnishes.

Rolling and eating with various sauces.

Sushi

Truffle and miso roasted tofu, sea trout & avocado and chicken katsu with seasoned rice.

Roll and slice, served with traditional accompaniments.
